Using Google Apps

Common Ground runs not only on the generosity of its many members and volunteers, but also on the generosity of Google, which offers its many services at no expense to non-profit organizations like this one. Google Apps provide Common Ground's many volunteers and community groups tools for communicating and collaborating online in one central location. Community leaders are able to create accounts where they may manage their group with email, calendars, documents, and other services. Leaders may also create groups where group members can be sent announcements or participate in discussion. If desired, group leaders may even create entire websites in the Common Ground domain where groups can go for quick information and even blogging.
